前牙龈下残根正畸-修复联合治疗的体会

Experience of combined orthodontic-repair treatment for front sub-gingival residual root

目的探讨正畸联合修复治疗前牙龈下残根的方法,分析正畸联合修复的临床疗效。方法选取我院60例可保留前牙龈下残根患者作为研究对象,分为对照组与研究组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规的桩核烤瓷冠修复,研究组采用正畸联合烤瓷桩冠修复进行治疗,观察和对比两组的牙龈情况、断牙松动度等临床疗效。结果对照组的修复成功率为53.3%,研究组的修复成功率为93.3%,研究组的修复成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组中有2例表现为牙龈情况Ⅰ度,其余28例均正常;对照组中有10例表现为牙龈情况Ⅰ度,4例牙龈情况表现为Ⅱ度,牙冠松动。研究组出现牙龈情况Ⅰ度和Ⅱ度的例数明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论正畸联合修复治疗前牙龈下残根具有显著的临床疗效,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective To explore the method for combination treatment and repair of front sub-gingival residual root and analyze the clinical effects of the combination treatment and repair method.Methods 60 patients who received treatment in our hospital and wanted to remain the front sub-gingival residual root were selected as the research subjects and they were divided into 2groups,i.e.control group and study group,30 ones in each group.For the control group,the conventional post-core porcelain crown was adopted for the repair,while for the study group,the orthodontic treatment combined with conventional post-core porcelain crown were adopted.And then,the clinical effects,including the state of gingiva and the looseness of the broken tooth were observed and compared between two groups.Results The success rate of repair was 53.3% in the control group and 93.3% in the study group,there was significant difference（P〈0.01）between two groups.In the study group,the gingiva in 2 cases showed Degree Ⅰ,and the other 28 cases were normal;in the control group,the gingiva in 10 cases showed Degree Ⅰ,4 cases showed Degree Ⅱ and their teeth crown loosened.The difference was significant（P〈0.05） between two groups.Conclusion The combined orthodontic-repair treatment for front sub-gingival residual root has significant clinical effects,and it is very worthy of being applied and popularized.
