摘要
本试验选取180尾鲫鱼(65.80±.47),随机分为3组(I、Ⅱ和Ⅲ)。每组3个重复,每个重复20尾鱼,分别饲喂含20%的发酵豆渣饲料,品牌全价饲料,100%发酵豆渣。结果表明,饲喂含20%发酵豆渣饲料的鲫鱼增重率、特定生长率、饲料系数、蛋白质效率、肌肉水分含量和粗蛋白含量与饲喂品牌全价饲料的鲫鱼差异不显着(P〉0.05),均显着优于饲喂100%发酵豆渣的鲫鱼。由此可见,发酵豆渣可以作为蛋白饲料原料用于鲫鱼饲料配方。
180 Carassius auratus were randomly divided into 3 groups ( I 、 Ⅱ and Ⅲ) with 3 replicates per treatment, 20 fish per replicate. These fish were fed experimental feed containing 20% fermented bean residue commercial complete feed and 100% fermented bean residue, respectively. Results showed that there were no significant differences (P〉0.05) in weight growth rate, specific growth rate, feed conversion rate, protein efficiency ratio, and the contents of moisture and protein in muscle between fish fed experimental feed containing 20% fermented bean residue and those fed commercial complete feed, which were all significandy superior to those of fish fed 100% fermented bean residue. Thus it can be seen that the fermented bean residue can be used as a protein resource for Carassius auratus.
