摘要
我国目前的项目施工工程管理仍然存在很多问题,这很大程度上影响我国项目施工工程管理的进步以及发展。文章通过对企业工程项目管理的研究,指出了解决措施,以期我国的项目工程管理体制完善,项目施工有质的飞跃。
China＇s current construction engineering project management still exist many problems, the progress of the construction engineering project management and long-term development had a great side effects. In this paper, based on the research of the enterprise project management, points out the solving measures, so as to improve project engineering management system in China, the project construction has a qualitative leap.
