This paper argues that, in the ＂sanki＂ construction work, to clarify ideas, raise awareness; Second, we must clarify, seize the key; Third, full participation, form resultant force; Fourth, we need to vigorously promotes the details to practical results, in order to ensure ＂sanki＂ construction emphatically, so as to improve enterprise core competitiveness.
