摘要
由于进口窄、职业风险高、工作待遇低和社会地位不高等原因,我国精神科医生人才队伍存在人才总量不足、医师比例偏低,学历层次偏低、高级人才紧缺,人员分布不均、资源配置失衡和工作性质特殊、人员流失严重等现状。应从加大财政投入、完善法律制度、构建管理制度和稳定人才队伍等方面改变这一状况。
Due to the rare chances, high professional risks, low payment and low social status, many prob- lems exist in psychiatrist talent team in China, such as total talent shortage, comparatively low physician ratio, low education level, senior talents shortage, uneven distribution of personnel, resource misallocation, special work na- ture, and serious brain drain. Therefore, the following measures should be taken to improve the situation: increas- ing the financial investment, improving legal system, constructing management system and stabilizing talent team, etc..
