摘要
人才资源统计工作目的是全面了解辖区内人才资源总量、素质、结构等状况,及时取得准确的人才数据,实施人才强国战略,为研究和指导人才工作提供基本依据。随着我国社会主义市场经济的建立和逐步完善,现行人才统计存在较大缺陷,特别是中小微企业人才统计工作亟需完善。
The aim of talent register is to acknowledge human resources,quality and structure, timely to get accurate talent data to strengthen strategies of our country and guide talent works. With the development of socialist market economy, especially in middle and small-sized enterprises,there are problems in talent register works.
