穴位按摩配合吞咽训练治疗脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupoint Massage Combined with Swallowing Training in the Treatment of Stroke with Dysphagia

目的:探讨穴位按摩配合吞咽训练治疗脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者的临床效果。方法:将64例脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组32例。所有患者均采用基础训练、吞咽功能训练及相关心理护理,治疗组患者同时配合穴位按摩。两组的治疗周期均为28 d。采用洼田咽水试验及《藤岛一郎吞咽疗效评价量表》评价患者的吞咽功能。结果:治疗后,两组患者的洼田咽水试验评分均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组患者的评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的《藤岛一郎吞咽疗效评价量表》评分均显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗组患者的评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位按摩配合吞咽训练能够更好地改善脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者的吞咽功能。

Objective： To explore the effect of acupoint massage combined with swallowing training in treating stroke with dysphagia. Methods ： Sixty-four stroke patients with dysphagia were randomly divided into treatment group （ 32 cases） and control group （32 cases）. All the patients were treated with basic training, swallowing training and psychological nursing, and the patients in treatment group were treated with acupoint massage additionally. The treatment course was 28 days. The swallowing function was evaluated by swallowing test and Toshima Ichiro swallowing function efficacy scale. Results： After treatment, the swallowing test scores in both groups were obviously decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the scores of treatment group were lower than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the scores of Toshima Ichiro swallowing function efficacy scale in both groups were markedly increased （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the scores of treatment group were higher than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Acupoint massage Combined with swallowing training can better improve the swallowing function for stroke patients with dysphagia.
