大庆深层钻井提速技术现状与展望 被引量:12

PRESENT SITUATION AND PROSPECTS OF THE DRILLING VELOCITYENHANCING TECHNIQUES FOR DAQING DEEP FORMATIONS

摘要 大庆油田深井钻井技术起步相对较晚,2010年以前提速技术主要有欠平衡/气体钻井、螺杆复合钻井、钻头优选等,虽然取得了一定的提速效果,但却存在技术单一、可用并段短等问题.借鉴国内外深层提速技术成果,分开次、分层段制定提速对策.首先,技套以上井段通过井身结构优化、高效PDC钻头优选,钻进时间基本控制在40 d以内.其次,针对登娄库组以下地层PDC黏滑现象严重,开展液动旋冲提速工具研制与应用.然后,根据部分区块岩石硬度高、含砾,PDC无法有效吃入、牙轮蹩跳钻严重等情况,研制高速涡轮,并优选DD5560M-A1孕镶钻头与之配套,提高行程钻速.最终通过与气体钻井完善、井身结构优化等技术的集成配套应用,取得了良好的提速效果。 Drilling technologies for the deep wells in Daqing Oilfield started relatively late.The drilling speed-enhancing technologies adopted before 2010 mainly include UBD/gas drilling,combined screw drilling,bit optimization and so on.Although a certain improved effects have been achieved,there exist the problems of the single technology,short well interval applied and so forth.By means of taking advantages of the achievements of the corresponding drilling technologies at home and abroad,some countermeasures have been formulated as for separate spuds and formations.Firstly,the drilling time of the intervals above the intermediate/technical casing have been basically controlled within 40 days by optimizing the wellbore structures and high-efficiency optimized PDC bits.Secondly,as for the problem of the serious stick and slip below Denglouku Formation,TorkBusters (hydrodynamic turning and punching velocity-enhancing tool) have been developed and applied.Then,in the light of the conditions of high rock hardness,pebbly sandstone,unable to effectively drill in for PDC bits,cone bit bouncing seriously etc.,high-speed turbines have been developed,optimized and matched with DD5560M-A1 set bits them to enhance the rate of round trip.Finally,with the help of the integration and matched application with the improved gas drilling technology,optimized wellbore structures etc.,much better enhanced effects have been achieved.But,the construction cycle of the deep horizontal wells is still relatively longer,so a set of velocity-enhancing tools are speeded up to develop and matching technologies to apply as possible as we can to further quicken the drilling rate of the horizontal well in the deep layers.
