从鸟巢到世博主场馆和东方明珠电视塔,再到中国最大核电项目——山东海阳核电站,钢结构体系已发展成为我国工程结构体系的主流。随着对建筑结构的使用寿命和强度的要求越来越高,国家对钢结构制造业的标准和规范要求也越来越高,在当今钢结构制造业中,由于钢结构件的吨位大、形状各异且高强螺栓孔数量多,钻孔已成为钢结构制造业发展中亟待解决的问题。为适应钢结构制造业中大批量钻孔的需要,提高钻孔的效率和精度,缩短工程项目的制造周期,新型空心钻头应运而生。

From the nest to the oriental pearl TV tower,the stadium,and then to China the largest nuclear power pro-jects,or Shandong nuclear power plant in Haiyang,marking the steel structure system has become the mainstream of China engineering structure system.With the growing demand of life and strength of the building structure,the state of steel structure manufacturing standards and norms are increasingly high,in the steel structure manufacturing,due to steel struc-ture＇s weight,shape,number of high strength bolt holes,it is become problems of the development of manufacturing indus-try such as the steel structure of drill.The need for large quantities of drilling to steel structure manufacturing industry im-proving the drilling efficiency,accuracy,manufacturing cycle shortened proj ect,and time requirement,new drill emerges.
