Improvement of Machining Process of Cambered CD Veins

CD纹零件由于其特有的属性,在企业得到了广泛的生产和应用;然而,大批量生产CD纹零件的表面处理工艺虽然简单易行,但因其外观具有严格的装饰要求,使得企业的制造成本偏高且加工工艺技术要求难以保证。本文根据某企业的要求,在满足相对成本较低的条件下,通过调整加工刀具、改进加工工艺和优化加工参数的方法,设计了两套操作性良好的加工工艺方案,并进行了对比和分析,使企业可以根据实际情况选择最优的加工工艺。改进后的加工工艺降低了企业生产成本,改善了产品质量,提高了生产效益,具有重要的研究意义和广泛的应用前景。

CD pattern parts have been widely used in business due to its unique properties,but to the mass production of CD pattern parts,through the surface treatment process is simple.The decorative appearance with strict requirements is not only making high manufacturing costs,but also making the technical requirements hard to guarantee.In this paper,two processing technologies were designed according to the application requirements,which achieved by adj usting the machining tool,improving the processing technology, and optimizing the processing parameters. Compared the two machining process,the optimal processing method was selected,it can reduce the manufacturing costs,improve the quality and effi-ciency,and has great research value and broad application prospect.
