摘要
主要阐述了某种汽车发动机燃烧室检测方案的实施过程,重点分析了如何设计工艺路线和选用刀具来最终实现该检测方案。通过对具有复杂轮廓缸盖加工的工艺可行性分析及试加工的总结,提出了具备新品试制工艺代表性的方案,为企业新产品开发及实际生产过程中的复杂零件加工提供了借鉴,同时也有利于新项目研发周期的缩短和节省开发费用,加快企业新产品的上市进度以及提高生产效率。
The paper mainly explored the implementing process of a kind of detection scheme on automotive engine combustion chamber,and focused on how to design the process route and the selection of tool to realize the detection scheme.Through the craftwork feasibility analysis of cylinder head which has complex contour and the summarizing of trial processing,the scheme was promoted that can represent the new trial process.It also can provide reference for enterprise developing new products and machi-ning complex parts in actual production process,and shorten the development cycle and save development costs for new proj ect,to speed up the progress of enterprises list new products and improve production efficiency.
