摘要
通过建立模型,模拟检测了高温下高炉炉内不同角度和不同高度剖面的侵蚀变化,渣铁壳形成脱落及冷却壁的热流强度情况,从而指导高炉技术人员面对不同侵蚀加剧原因采取有针对性的护炉措施。
In this paper,through the establishment of model,the high temperature blast furnace at different angles,dif-ferent height profile changes,and erosion of slag metal skull from forming and cooling wall heat flux were detected.It could guide the blast furnace technology according to different erosion reasons to take targeted and effective furnace.
