某型火帽失效故障的研究

Research on Failure of Some Type of Primer

针对某型火帽在引信作用过程中出现的失效故障,在产品结构特点分析基础上,采用故障分析方法对火帽失效进行各种因素排查,并对影响因素进行了试验验证。研究结果表明,造成某型火帽失效的原因是引信装配过程中使用的航空洗涤汽油与火帽点火药中钝化剂发生溶解反应,改变了药剂性能,降低了点火能量,至使火帽失效。该结果也对同类产品装配过程中使用有机溶剂起到警示作用。

The paper aimed at failure of some type of primer in the fuse action process,and based on the analysis of product structure,failure analysis method to eliminate ＆amp; examine was adopted,various factors of primer failure were checked,and its influence factors were verified.The research indicated that it can dissolve to use aviation wash gasoline with passivant in ignition powder of primer which forms the failure reasons from some type of primer during the fuse assembly process.Meanwhile,the properties of composition was changed,ignition energy was lowered to the primer failure.It also gave a warning for the similar products to use organic solvent during the assembly process.
