锅炉一次风管道内流场特性数值模拟及其优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了改善锅炉烟风管道内二次流所引起的流体流动不均、振动等问题,本文采用重整化群k-ε模型计算了锅炉一次风管道中冷、热风阀门、弯管曲率等影响因素对管内流体流动特性的影响,并给出了在管道中安装导流板减小二次流的最佳方案。通过模拟结果发现,加装导流板后管内的流动湍动程度明显减弱。 A renormalization k-ε model is proposed in this study to simulate flow characteristic in primary air duct of boiler furnace in order to investigate velocity maldistribution and vibration caused by secondary flow.The feature of the proposed model is able to predict velocity distributions and eddy viscosity coefficient with different valve opening of hot air and cool air and different radius of curvature in primary duct.The optimal arrangement of the baffles is obtained in this paper.And it is found that the turbulent impulsive is reduced obviously with the arrangement of the baffles.
