摘要
大型安全卷筒采用双头出绳共槽钢丝绳卷绕方案,能够有效减少卷筒长度,同时采用双旋向卷筒形式,有效避免钢丝绳提升偏角产生的附加载荷作用于安全卷筒两侧的船厢轨道或平衡重轨道上。该安全卷筒在全平衡钢丝绳卷扬提升式升船机首次应用,名义直径为目前在建升船机最大,筒体长度最长,其安全性尤其重要,文中运用经典解析法对其进行设计计算,通过有限元法分析验证。
The large-scale safety drum is winded by lifting steel ropes on both ends with joint slot,which can effec-tively reduce the drum length.The bi-directional rotation drum is used to prevent any additional load generated from the lift-ing deflection of steel rope being applied to the ship rail or balance rail on both sides of the safety drum.The safety drum is used for the first time in the full-balance rope winding ship lift,with the longest nominal diameter and drum length,so the safety is essential.The paper presents design and calculation for the drum by the classical analytical method,with further verification by finite element method.
