摘要
针对四圆弧齿轮的轮齿是三维螺旋体的特点以及其几何设计与力学计算复杂的实际情况,采用三维有限元法,以VC++6.0为开发工具,基于OpenGL图形内核自主开发了一款四圆弧齿轮有限元分析专用软件,包括四圆弧齿轮三维实体模型参数化计算机辅助设计、有限元网格的自动生成、边界条件的建立、最恶劣加载点的确定以及应力的计算,工程人员只需输入四圆弧齿轮的基本参数,即可自动实现四圆弧齿轮的参数化CAD建模和有限元分析。通过与SolidWorks软件中的Simulation有限元分析模块进行对比,验证了所述软件分析结果的正确性。
In view of the actual situation where gear teeth of the 4-arc gear is 3D spirochete with complex geometric design and mechanical calculation,the 3D finite element method is adopted for independently developing the finite element analysis software dedicated for the 4-arc gear with VC++6.0 as development tool based on OpenGL kernel,including pa-rameterization computer aided design of 4-arc gear 3D solid model,automatic generation of finite element grid,establish-ment of boundary condition,determination of worst loading points,and stress calculation.The engineer can just input the basic parameters of the 4-arc gear to automatically realize parametric CAD modeling and finite element analysis.By compari-son with the Simulation finite element module in SolidWorks,accurateness of the analysis results from the said software is verified.
