门座起重机回转支承声发射信号特征分析 被引量:3

摘要 针对低速重载回转支承故障检测的难点问题,对一台已服役36年的门座起重机转柱式回转支承进行声发射检测,确定了上支座滚道声发射信号衰减曲线及传感器的安装位置。通过现场试验获得空载、半载和满载4种工况下门座起重机回转支承上支座滚道声发射信号,对幅值、持续时间、能量等典型参数特征和典型定位信号波形频谱特征进行了分析,以期为后续研究工作提供一定指导。 In view of difficulties in fault diagnosis of low-speed heavy-load slewing bearing,the acoustic emission tes-ting is performed for the column-type slewing bearing of portal crane in service for 36 years,to determine the decay curve of acoustic emission signal from the upper bracket raceway and installation positions of the sensor.The acoustic emission sig-nals from the upper bracket raceway of slewing bearing of portal crane under the conditions of no-load,half-load,full-load are get by site tests,with further analysis of the typical parameter characteristics and wave spectrum signature of typical po-sitioning signal such as amplitude,duration,energy,etc.,providing certain guidance for successive research.
