摘要
销轮销齿传动是斗轮堆取料机斗轮机构常用的驱动方式之一,具有结构简单、造价低、拆修方便等优点,但部分斗轮机构的轮体在使用过程中出现刚性不足、变形较大、振动剧烈等问题,文中应用有限元软件ALGOR对销轮销齿传动的斗轮机构的轮体结构进行建模和力学分析,并提出优化改进方案。
The pin wheel and tooth transmission is one of the common driving modes for the bucket-wheel stacker and reclaimer,which is provided with simple structure,low construction cost,and easy dismantle,etc.,however,the wheels of some bucket-wheel mechanisms indicate a series of problems such as insufficient rigidity,large deformation,acute vibra-tion,etc.In the paper,the finite element software ALGOR is adopted for modeling and mechanical analysis of the wheel structure of bucket-wheel mechanism transmitted by pin wheel and pin tooth.In addition,the paper also puts forward the optimized improved solution.
