摘要
随着集装箱运输船舶的日益大型化,特别是3E级18000TEU集装箱船舶的下水,早期岸桥在起升高度或外伸距上将无法适应新的需求,为适应当前形势并节约码头改造成本,本文结合实例对当前岸桥加高、加长改造的方法进行研究,然后根据相关标准对改造前后的轮压、倾覆性、强度、结构稳定性及动刚度等安全性能的变化进行充分的论证。在上海港加高的实例表明,该改造方法合理有效且经济,对港口企业正常运营影响较小。
With increasing upsizing of the container ships,especially 3E 18000TEU container ship being put into service,the previous quayside cranes will be unable to meet current demands in its lifting height or outreaching length.To adapt the current situations and save the wharf transformation costs,research on the method of heightening and lengthening the current quayside cranes is done in the paper considering practices.Sufficient demonstration is made to changes of safety performance before and after transformation according to related standards,including wheel pressure,capsizing,strength, structural stabilization,and dynamic rigidity.The example of heightening at Shanghai Port shows that the said transformation method is reasonable,efficient,and economical,with minor inferior effect on normal operation of the port enterprises.
