摘要
TSG Q7016-2008《起重机械安装改造重大维修监督检验规则》要求对起重机械施工过程中涉及安全性能的项目进行监督检验,同时对质量保证体系运转情况监督检查,但其对过程检验中的质量保证体系监督检查并无明确指引。文中针对船厂门座起重机的施工工艺特点,提出了该类起重机在施工过程中关键节点的监检内容与要求。
It＇s required to supervise and inspect any items relating safety performance during crane construction and the performance of quality guarantee system as specified in TSG Q7016-2008 Crane Installation,Modernization ＆amp;General Overhaul Supervision Inspection Regulation,but there is lack of clear guidance in supervision and inspection of the quality guarantee system during the process inspection.In view of the construction process features of the gantry crane in the shipy-ard,the paper puts forward the supervision contents and requirements on critical nodes of such crane during construction.
