摘要 以含氢硅油、十二烯和烯丙基聚醚为原料,在氯铂酸催化剂作用下,合成了一种新型有机硅表面活性剂——长链烷基、聚醚共改性聚硅氧烷(APMS).用自制硅膏、复合乳化剂(Span-80、Tween-80、OP-10)、烯丙基聚醚与APMS进行复配,得到了稳定的APMS消泡剂乳液.优化的制备条件为:疏水白炭黑用量3%,复合乳化剂的HLB值8.0,配比为n(Tween-80)∶n(Span-80)∶n(OP-10)=1∶5∶2,用量5.5%. A novel organic silicone surfactant, long-chain alkyl and polyether co-modified polysiloxane (APMS) was prepared from polydrosilicone oil, dodecene and al yl-polyether as materials in the presence of chloroplatinic-acid catalyst. Using self-made silicon paste, compounding emulsifier (Tween-80, Span-80, OP-10), al yl-polyether and APMS for distribution, the stable APMS defoamer emulsion was obtained. The op-timal preparation conditions were: the amount of hydrophobic silica was 3%, the HLB value of compounding emulsifier was 8.0, the mass fraction of the emulsion was 5.5%, and the molar ratio of Tween-80, Span-80 and OP-10 was 1∶5∶2.
