棉弹力针织物生物除氧抛光与染色一浴工艺探讨 被引量:2

摘要 探讨棉弹力针织物练漂后,采用EurolanComli复合酶制剂除氧、抛光与染色一浴处理,通过试验优化工艺条件,该一浴工艺处理后的棉弹力针织物各项质量指标与传统分浴处理工艺相比,织物表面光洁度、表观色深度、染色牢度均能达到传统分浴工艺处理的水平;且一浴工艺处理织物的强力保持率优于传统分浴工艺处理的织物;一浴工艺比传统分浴工艺缩短生产时间22%以上,节水25%,排放残液的CODCr比传统分浴工艺降低30%左右. The bleached elastic cotton knitted fabric was treated with Eurolan Comli complex enzyme, to remove hydrogen peroxide, polishing and dyeing in one-bath. The optimal conditions were obtained through the tests. Compared with the quality indicators of one-bath process treated elastic cotton knitted fabric and traditional points bath treatment process, the surface smooth, apparent color depth and color fastness could reach the traditional sub-bath process level. And the strength retention rate of fabric treated with one-bath process was superior to that of the traditional process. More than 22% of production time and 25% of water usage were saved in one-bath process, and the CODCr of residue discharge was lowered by 30%.
