摘要
多轴向经编织物是由玻璃粗纱通过一定规律铺层,由经编针织纱沿纵向缝编而成的多层织物。本文研究的多轴向经编针织物由4个系统的纱线组成,即0°纱、±45°纱及经编纱。本文为简化分析,复合材料拉伸性能计算时将经编纱的力学性能等效至基体。基于ESAComp3.0建立复合材料细观结构简化模型,数值计算三轴向经编复合材料拉伸性能。
Multi-axial warp-knitted fabric is composed of multi-layer roving and the knitted yarn.In this paper, the multi-axial warp-knitted fabric is composed of three layers yarn,i.e.0°, ±45°yarn and warp-knitted yarn,which holds the 0°and ±45°yarns together.In this paper,the properties of warp-knitted yarn were added into that of matrix,and a simpli-fied meso-scale model was developed based on software ESAComp3.0.The method for calculating tensile strength of multi axial warp-knitted composite was introduced.
