铂作为高温材料用于玻璃工业已有近100年。由于高温强度的降低,限制了铂在高温玻璃制造中的应用。氧化物弥散强化是提高高温下强度、刚度、抗蠕变和抗玻璃侵蚀的有效手段。比较了火焰喷射、粉末冶金、共沉淀和内氧化等制造方法。讨论了二氧化锆含量、焊接、晶相形貌和玻璃侵蚀对强化铂性能的影响。介绍了强化铂产品的发展。
As a high temperature material, platinum has been used for glass melting for near 100 years. Due to decrease of strength at high temperature, platinum restricts its application to high temperature glass melting. Strengthening of platinum and its alloy by oxide dispersion is an effective measure to improve the strength, stiffness, creep and corrosion resistance. The manufacturing technologies, such as flame spray, powder metallurgy, co-precipitation, internal oxidation, etc. are compared. The effects of zirconia content, welding, crystal morphology and corrosion by molten glass on the performances of the strengthened platinum are discussed. The development of strengthened platinum products is also introduced.
