摘要
以巴黎克里希街区和里昂汇流区为例,引鉴近几年法国在生态街区建设方面的实践成果。通过对具体案例的深入分析,从选址定位、空间形态、公共交通、公众参与、生态技术等十个方面总结出法国生态街区规划建设的最新实践经验,并在此基础上结合国内生态住区建设的问题与不足,总结如何转变视角和模式,从而为我国生态街区的发展提供新的思路与方向。
This paper takes the projects of Clichy Batignolles and Lyon Confluence as cases studies, and introduces the practice experience of eco- community construction in France in recent years. Through an in-depth analysis on the cases, this paper summarizes the latest practice experience of eco-community planning and construction in France from the 10 perspectives including site selection, spatial form, public transport, public participation, eco-technology, etc. On that basis, the paper analyzes the problems of the current eco-community construction in China, and explores how to offer new thoughts and directions for the development of eco-community in China by changing the angle of view and the mode of construction.
