摘要
以重庆主城为例,就土地利用的视角重新审视与研究交通拥堵问题,从建立土地利用与交通发展的协调关系出发,通过城市功能的合理安排、用地开发强度的控制、重大公共设施、基础设施的合理布局、空间的复合利用等手段,最大限度地减少无效交通,以及日常性大规模长距离交通,避免特定时间人口大规模单向流动,为从根本上解决大城市的交通拥堵问题提供新的思路。
Taking the main urban area of Chongqing City as an example, this paper aims to re-examine traffic congestion from the perspective of land use. It starts with establishing a coordinated relation between land use and transport development. In order to minimize the invalid traffic, as well as large-scale and long distance daily travels, it suggests the following measures: reasonably arranging urban functions, controlling land development intensity, rationally distributing major public service facilities and infrastructures, compound use of urban space, etc. These measures prevent the large-scale one-way population flow in specific time, offering new ideas for large cities to handle traffic congestion.
