摘要
以深圳市宝安图书馆开展义务馆员实践活动为例,从义务馆员的招募、培训和激励机制等方面出发,阐述活动所取得的成效和存在的问题,并提出公共图书馆开展文化志愿活动的思考。
By illustrating the practical activities for volunteer librarians organize by Bao′an library, this paper expounds the achievements and problems of the activities on the basis of the volunteers′ recruitment, training and motivation mechanism. In addition, related analysis is proposed about the volunteer activities implemented by public libraries in several aspects.
