摘要
与综合性研究性大学相比,由于办学定位和人才培养目标不同,应用型本科院校的校企合作模式有其特殊性。对应用型本科院校在校企合作过程中存在的问题进行深入分析,在借鉴国外职业教育校企合作成功经验的基础上,提出对我国应用型本科院校校企合作人才培养模式的思考与探索。
Compared to comprehensive universities which focus on academic research,the universityenterprise cooperation mode in application-oriented universities has its unique feature due to different university-running orientation and different goals of talent training.With thorough analysis of the problems existing in the process of university-enterprise cooperation,the researcher uses successful experience in foreign vocational university-enterprise cooperation for reference and explores the university-enterprise cooperation mode for talent training in our country.
