摘要
亚里士多德在"公德正义"层面解读"恶",加之他主张人类恶性的普适存在,使他成为西方政治传统最初源头的开拓者。商鞅等中国古代思想家在"私德正义"层面解读"恶",并强调人类恶性的非普适性,从而成为君主专制主义和法律工具主义的鼓吹者。
Aristotle's interpretation of ”evilness“ in perspective of ”public justice“ and his advocacy ot the universal existence of human malignance make him the pioneer of western political tradition. In contrast, Shang Yang, the representative of ancient emphasizes the non-universality of law instrumentalism. Chinese thinkers, interprets ”evilness“ in perspective of ”private justice“, and human malignance, thus becoming the advocate of autocratic monarchy and law instrumentalism.
