球隔离泵的改造与实践

针对球隔离泵现存的问题,对正在使用的球隔离泵进行改造,把球隔离系统改为膜隔离系统,使球隔离泵变成水隔膜,并系统介绍了膜隔离系统。实践表明改造后经济效益十分显著。

Focusing on the current problem of ball isolated pump,we conduct reform to change the ball isolated system to membrane system.So the ball isolated pump is transferred to water membrane pump.The paper states the composition of the reformed membrane system;and through the operation and practice,the equipment technical performance after the reform of ball isolated pump has risen.Moreover,there is outstanding economic benefit.
