Application of Ceramic Filter in Iron Tailings Dry Stacking

针对新疆某选矿厂TC-80型陶瓷过滤机在生产中遇到供气系统、给矿浓度、刮刀间隙变化频繁、陶瓷滤板使用寿命下降快的问题,在现场进行调整、改造实践,最终改善了尾矿陶瓷过滤机的使用状况。

With a view to resolving problems of TC-80 type ceramic filter in a beneficiation plant in Xinjiang like air supply problems,feed concentration problems,frequent change of scraper gaps and short service life of ceramic filter plate,on-site adjustment and transformation were made on ceramic filter,which eventually led to improvement of its service condition.
