当前大学生就业形势日益严峻,高职生就业情况更是不容乐观,这与高职生就业能力比较薄弱密切相关。校企合作在实现就业、提高素质、确立职业生涯规划方面对提升高职生就业能力意义重大,高职院校可以从校企合作视角在专业建设、师资建设、教学管理三方面寻求提升高职生就业能力的策略。

The current situation of university students＇ employment is becoming increasingly serious,and the employment situation of higher vocational students is not optimistic,which is closely related to higher vocational students＇ weak employment ability. University-enterprise cooperation in employing,improving quality,establishing the career planning is of great significance to promote the employment ability of higher vocational students. Higher vocational colleges can promote the employment ability of higher vocational students based on school-enterprise cooperation from professional construction,teachers＇ construction,and teaching management.
