摘要
从当前高职院校食堂管理的现状及特点出发,阐述食堂管理改革的必要性,提出了构建高职院校学生食堂可持续发展长效运行机制的几点策略。
This article,starting from the status quo and characteristics of canteen management in higher vocational colleges,expounds the necessity of canteen management reform,some methods are given to construct the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges student canteen long-term operation mechanism.
