摘要
采用不同的预处理方法和滴定方法测定蛋壳中的钙的含量。结果表明:三种预处理方法对蛋壳的影响不大,但直接酸溶法最方便。三种滴定方法中EDTA滴定法定结果最佳,酸碱滴定法准确度低,高锰酸钾法容易发生副反应。因此,最佳方案是直接酸溶法与EDTA滴定法的搭配,测得的钙含量为97%。
Different pretreatment methods and titration method to determine the content of eggshell calcium show that the impact of three pretreatment methods on shell is not big, but direct acid soluble method is most convenient. Three of the titration methods, EDTA titration the legal results, acid-base titration accuracy is low, prone to side effects with potassium permanganate method. So, the best solution is directly the collocation of acid soluble method and EDTA titrimetric method, measured the calcium content is 97%.
