摘要
在机械类专业课教学过程中使用Pro/E软件建立机械零件的三维模型有助于学生理解零件的结构。本文采用Pro/E对机械中凸轮机构进行运动仿真,实现量化凸轮机构的运动参数和特性,大大简化了计算过程;此外进行零件受力变形仿真,结果与计算基本吻合。建模和仿真结果表明,在机械类专业课程教学环节中使用Pro/E软件能够提高教学效率。
It is useful to help students understand the part structure when we use Pro/E software to modeling during the teaching of mechanical specialized course. In this paper we use Pro/E to simulate the movement of cam mechanism and quantify its kinematic parameters and property, which greatly simplify the computing process. In addition, we focus on the mechanics deformation simulation of part, tion, it is concluded that Pro/E application course. and the results are consistent with calculation. By modeling and simula- can increase the efficiency during the teaching of mechanical specialized course.
