摘要
文章以湖北第二师范学院物理师范专业大一至大四年级共76名学生为被试,采用问卷调查法,分析了物理师范生教师职业认同感的现状以及学校教育对其教师职业认同感的影响。研究结果表明:(1)物理师范生教师职业认同感并不是很高。其中,职业价值观均值最高,职业意志均值最低。(2)女师范生的教师职业认同感比男师范生高。(3)不同年级师范生的教师职业认同感不尽相同,大四年级师范生的职业认同感高于大一、二、三年级。(4)农村生源师范生的教师职业认同度高于城镇生源。
Using a questionnaire to investigate 76 physical students from the freshman to the senior of Hubei University of Education, we analyze the status of their professional approval sense and the influence of school education. The result shows : ( 1 ) The teaching professional identity of physical student are not very high, and among them, the professional value is the highest, but the occupation will is the lowest. (2) The teaching professional identity of female students is higher than male students. (3) The teaching professional identity of different grade students are not the same, with the seniors' the highest among the four grades. (4) The teaching professional identity of rural students is higher than urban students.
