摘要
在我国快速城市化进程中,城市建成区规模逐步向外扩张,占用了大量农村土地,城中村现象普遍,而且将长期存在。本文以东莞市城中村发展总体情况为研究背景,选择一条有代表性、成熟的城中村进行调查研究,总结分析过去城中村的发展及改造的情况,以点带面,进而提出东莞市城中村新型改造模式。
Urban village is a common and long-standing existence in the process of rapid urbanization in China.The transformation of urban villages is a hard and complex task.It involves many different factors,such as economy,society,culture and politics.This paper is based on previous researches,aimed at finding out the problems in the past of the transformation of urban village.It takes the Dongguan as an example,putting forward a new model to solve the problems discussed.
