《王侍郎奏议》刊刻史考略

Sketching on the Publication History of Memorials to the Emperor by Deputy Minister Wang

王茂荫是清代以不避权要、直言敢谏而声震朝野的名臣。《王侍郎奏议》是他的主要遗著。从王茂荫生前因病开缺调理期间(清咸丰八年七月至同治元年初)亲自编辑"奏稿"藏于家到20世纪90年代初黄山书社新版点校本《王侍郎奏议》,历时一个多世纪,凡编辑5次,刊刻4次。本文对《王侍郎奏议》刊刻史进行了梳理考述,披露了鲜为人知的佚闻佚事,对刊刻过程中的一些关键性人物作了评介。

Wang Mao-yin was an important government official of Qing Dynasty,famous for speaking straight and direct, not avoiding people with high positions or influence.Memorials to the Emperor by Deputy Minister Wang was his major posthu-mous work.Starting from July 1858-January 1862 when Wang called sick-leave for 4 years and worked on the private collec-tion at home,till early 1990s when Huangshan Publishing House published the latest revised edition,it has taken more than a century with five times compilation and four times publishing.This thesis clears up the study and statement on the memorial’s publishing history,discloses some stories and anecdotes rarely known,and also makes commentary review on a couple of key characters in the book’s publishing history.
