摘要
在玻纤生产环节中,玻璃溶液的恒温控制是一个难点。提出把Smith预估时间补偿算法用于玻璃溶液的恒温控制,并且使用西门子S7-200 PLC来实现此算法。实践表明,使用Smith算法,提高了玻纤生产环节中玻璃溶液温度控制的精度,控制效果令人满意。
In glass fiber production,glass liquid of temperature control is a difficulty thing.In this paper,Smith estimated time compensation algorithm applied to the temperature control of glass liquid,and using the Siemens S7-200 PLC to implement the algorithm.Practice has proved,Using the Smith algorithm,improved the precision of the glass fiber temperature control system.The control effect is satisfactory.
