摘要
温度控制在工业控制中一直都是比较重要的课题,依据控制对象的不同,有着不同的控制方法。一般来说温度控制系统都具有大惯性和大延迟的特性,为实现它的控制带来一定的难题。在对电锅炉温度控制系统建立其数学模型的基础上,分别设计了PID和模糊PID控制器,并通过仿真实验验证了两种控制方法的有效性,分析了他们各自的优缺点。
Temperature control in industrial control isan important issue,according to the different control objects there are different control methods.Generally,the temperature control system has the large inertia and large delay characteristics,these bring some problems to achieve its control.Based on establishing the mathematical model of the electric boiler temperature control system,PID and fuzzy PID controller are designed in this paper.Simulation results show the effectiveness of the two control methods.Their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.
