摘要
结合超声波传感器的工作原理,对超声波技术在测距、自动焊缝跟踪、流量测量、液体浓度检测和零件无损探伤的应用现状作了综述。总结了超声波传感器目前存在的主要问题及解决方法。最后对超声波传感器的发展趋势进行了展望。
Base on the principle of ultrasonic sensor,the application status of ultrasonic technology in the field of ranging,automatic weld seam tracking,flow measurement,liquid-concentration detection and nondestructive inspection are summarized.Then the current main problems and solutions of ultrasonic sensor are analyzed.Finally,the developmental trends in ultrasonic sensor are also presented in this paper.
