Communication Studies on President XI Jin-ping's Individualized Expressions

客观报道国家政要在公开场合的讲话和所发表的著述,通过对其政治话语、尤其是个性化语言艺术的解读,历来是大众传媒传播其执政方式的重要手段。中共中央总书记习近平的语言是有着极具个性艺术色彩的话语,因而深受媒介和公众的关注。从语言艺术和传播个性维度来看,习近平既有硬语言对应硬性命令的强制型传播,也有软语言对应软性同化的感召型传播,还有巧语言对应刚柔并济的复合型传播。

An analysis of important person’s individualized expressions which he or she addressed in reports orin opening occasions or in the publications has frequently been the key method in mass communications totransmit his or her administrative strategy. The paper argues that President XI Jin-ping has a striking characteristicin his utterance which is with rich art colors and therefore attracts the attention of media and masses.Analyzed from the linguistic art and communication dimension, XI’s words are roughly divided into threetypes： imperative mood, inspiring mood and witty remarks.
