人口与经济增长的关系是经济学一直探讨的重要问题之一,学者们从人口数量的研究到人口质量的研究来探求其对经增长的推动作用。近年来随着"人口红利"概念的研究,进一步深化了劳动力人口数量和质量对经济发展的效用。以这些理论为基础,研究新疆人口红利对其经济增长的影响状况,并探究其中的原因,提出相应的建议。

The relationship between population and economic growth is one of the important issues in economics.Scholars come to seek up the impact of population increase on the economic growth from population quantityresearch to population quality research. With the research on“population dividend”in recent years, the effectresearch on economic growth from labor force quantity and its quality has been emphasized. The paper appliesthe theory as its basis to research the impact of Xinjiang population dividend on economic growth. The authoralso proposes some suggestions.
