提升自我效能对人工全髋关节置换术病人康复训练依从性的影响

Influence of enhancing self-efficacy on total hip arthroplasty patients' compliance on rehabilitation training

[目的]评价提升自我效能水平干预对人工全髋关节置换术(THR)后病人康复训练依从性的影响。[方法]将60例THR病人按入院日期单双号分为对照组和干预组,单号为对照组、双号为干预组,每组30例,两组病人均实施THR术后常规护理和健康教育,干预组在此基础上进行心理支持、社会和家庭支持、替代经验、目标设置、负性刺激回避等提升自我效能水平的干预。入院时及术后3个月采用骨科自我效能感量表(OSES)进行自我效能测评,于术后1个月、3个月时采用康复训练依从性调查表进行依从性调查。[结果]干预后干预组OSES和康复训练能力评分均明显高于对照组。[结论]THR术后提升自我效能水平干预能充分调动病人自身潜能,改善THR病人的身心健康,恢复关节功能和活动度,提高康复训练能力和生活质量。

Objective:To evaluate the influence of enhancing self-efficacy intervention level on total hip arthroplasty patients' compliance on rehabilitation training.Methods:The 60 cases of THR patients by admission date odd and even numbers were divided into control and intervention groups,a single number for the control group,the double number for intervention group,30 cases in eap.patients in both groups received THR routine care and health education,on this basis,patients in intervention group received interventions of enhancitng self-effica level tysuch as psychological support,social and family support,alternative experience,goal setting,avoidance of negative stimuli.At the time of admission and postoperative 3months,orthopedic(OSES)was used for self-efficacy evaluation.At postoperative 1month,3months rehabilitation training compliance questionnaire was used for compliance survey.Results:In intervention group the OSES and rehabilitation ability scores were significantly higher.Conclusion:After THR surgery,to enhance self-efficacy level intervention can fully mobilize the patient's own potential,to improve the patient's physical and mental health,restore joint function and mobility,improve their rehabilitation and quality of life.
