缺血性卒中后认知功能障碍与血尿酸的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨缺血性卒中后认知功能障碍和血尿酸之间的相关性。方法共收集535例缺血性脑卒中患者,根据简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分分为正常组(435例)和异常组(100例),对所有患者均进行MMSE评分、血清尿酸化验。结果MMSE评分异常者出现血尿酸异常较多;血尿酸异常患者出现MMSE评分异常的风险是血尿酸正常者的1.716倍;MMSE评分正常组患者血尿酸与异常组比较差异无统计学意义。结论尿酸水平在一个合适的区间对卒中后认知障碍具有保护作用。
