Rambled the Technique of Coal Chemical Industry Flow Instrument

本文依据电磁流量计、涡街流量计、锥型流量测量、楔式流量计等流量仪表的工作原理,探讨在选型、安装、维护等方面应注意的问题及处理办法,着重研究上述仪表在壳牌煤化工装置中的使用性,以及问题处理办法:以使仪表更能适应壳牌煤化工装置复杂工艺、特殊物料的要求。立足现场使用性,提出改进处理办法。

This paper discussed the selection, installation, maintenance and other problems about the electromagnetic flowmeter, vortex fiowmeter, v-cone flowmeter, wedge type flowmeter on the basis of analysis whose working principle. In order to make those instrument suited to the complex process of shell gasification device, this paper stresses the usability and the method to deal with problem of those instrument in the shell gasification device. Then put forward the improvement measures based on the usability.
