A method which adopts Siemens TIA Portal Vl I to realize S7-1200 OPC communication. In this method, use the latest configuration software TIA Portal V11 produced by Siemens to configurate a chassis for PLC hardware and PC Station, and take SIMATIC NET as the OPC server. Finally, the feasibility and validity of this method was confirmed by OPC Scout experiment.
