摘要
目的构建护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践能力评价指标体系。方法通过文献查阅和半结构访谈建立条目池,运用德尔菲法对22名护理专家进行2轮问卷咨询。结果专家权威系数0.890,2轮咨询专家的积极系数分别为100%和81.8%,协调系数分别为0.195和0.182(P<0.01)。护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践能力评价指标体系包括5项一级指标、13项二级指标和48项三级指标。结论所构建的评价指标体系能够为全面、客观地评价护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践能力提供科学依据。
Objective To develop the clinical competence evaluation index system for master of nursing specialists(MNS). Methods The item pool was formulated based on literature review and semi-structured interview,then was screened by using Delphi method among 22 nursing experts in two rounds. Results The expert authority coefficient was 0.890;the experts positive coefficients in the two rounds were 100% and 81.8% respectively;the Kendall's coefficients in the two rounds were 0.195 and 0.182 respectively. The MNS' clinical competence evaluation index system consisted of five first-level indicators,13 secondlevel indicators and 48 third-level indicators. Conclusion The clinical competence index system for MNS provides a scientific basis for the comprehensive and objective evaluation of MNS' clinical practice abilities.
