摘要
目的深入了解护理本科生见习期间的临床沟通情况。方法采用Claizzi的现象学资料7步分析法对一年级护理本科生见习期间的临床沟通反思日记进行归类分析。结果提炼5个主题:自信心不足,专业知识在临床沟通中的重要性,缺乏应对特殊患者的沟通技巧,带教教师的榜样作用,患者正反馈的促进作用。结论学生在见习期间与患者进行沟通的过程中,认识到自己在自信心、专业知识、沟通技巧方面的不足,临床教师的护患沟通行为和患者的正向反馈能进一步鼓励学生加强临床沟通能力的锻炼。
Objective To investigate the status of clinical communication of nursing undergraduates in clinical practice. Methods Claizzi phenomenological data analysis method was used to analyze the students' reflective diaries in clinical practice. Results Five themes were extracted,including lack of confidence,importance of professional knowledge in clinical communication,lack of communication skills in the response to special patients,the model role of teachers and patients' positive feedback. Conclusion The students have realized the deficiency in self-confidence,professional knowledge and communication skills in clinical communications. The role of clinical teachers and patients' positive feedback may encourage them to improve communication skills.
