总结了72例使用肠内营养输注泵患者的护理,护理要点包括:重视营养评估及心理护理,规范肠内营养流程和输注泵的使用,及时处理并发症,避免安全隐患,同时做好患者活动、睡眠的护理和健康指导。本组1例放弃治疗,1例不能耐受置管及胃肠道反应改用肠外营养,50例出现胃肠道反应经治疗后好转,20例未诉不适。

This paper summarized the nursing experience of 72 patients with enteral nutrition by enteral feeding pump. The key points in nursing were nutritional assessment and psychological care,standard procedures of enteral nutrition and use of enteral feeding pump,prevention and treatment of postoperative complications,avoiding potential risks,activity and sleep guidance and health education. As a result,71 patients passed through the perioperative period successfully except one gave up further treatment. One case changed to parenteral nutrition due to severe gastrointestinal adverse reactions.
